Kenneth Bagarukayo is is a member of Board of Directors of Uganda Technology And Management University.
Kenneth has over 15 year’s professional experience in ICT, Information Systems and electronic governance. He has worked in Government, Private Sector (Banking and Telecom), Civil Society and Academia. Previously, he was the National Data Manager (eHealth) for the Global Fund sponsored National TB/HIV Program under the Ministry of Health, Uganda. He has also worked with the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development on electronic governance projects including the IFMS – Integrated Financial Management System as a World Bank Consultant. He has also worked on ICT Projects for Bank of Uganda, MTN, Standard Chartered Bank among others.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Statistics – Computing and an MSc in Computer Science from Makerere University, Uganda. He also holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Herriot-Watt University, UK. He is currently enrolled, as a PhD student.
